Reiki and Meditation Session
Both Reiki and Meditation share certain similarities, such as:
- The promotion of relaxation and stress reduction
- Accessing a deeper state of consciousness
- The potential for healing benefits
- An emphasis on the power of intention
- A focus on the present moment
When combined, Reiki and Meditation can have a synergistic effect on the mind, body, and spirit. Meditation can help prepare the mind and body for Reiki, making the energy healing more effective. Reiki can also help deepen the meditative state, allowing the recipient to go deeper into relaxation and achieve a greater sense of peace and well-being.
Another way Reiki and Meditation work together is by helping to quiet the mind. When the mind is quiet, the body can relax, and the energy can flow freely. Reiki can help to clear any blockages in the energy pathways, allowing the energy to flow more freely throughout the body. This, in turn, can help to quiet the mind and promote a sense of calm and relaxation.
During the session we will start with a 15 min guided Meditation to assist with relaxation and prepare the body for Reiki. The Reiki healing treatment lasting approx 45 mins will then commence.
